Confederate Veterans buried at Riverside.

Bascom Baptist Church Cemetery

This is an example of why so many of our ancestors graves have been lost. This group of unknown graves are found in the Bascom Baptist Church Cemetery with homemade wooded headstones. When these headstones deteriorate, the resting place of these people will be lost forever.

The headstones in this cemetery have been loved to death. Someone cleaned them with a pressure cleaner, destroying the inscriptions on a good many of the stones.
