| Wade Armstrong was born in Henry County, Alabama, on 20 Jul 1845. He enlisted in Company B, 6th Alabama Infantry Regiment in Oct 1861. Wade was captured at Gettysburg, Pennsylivia, in Jul 1863, and was later paroled until exchanged. He surrendered at Appomattox Court House, Virginia, on 9 Apr 1865. | William Erving Belle was born in Jackson County, Florida, on 23 Mar 1834, and he died in Jackson County, Florida, on 4 Sep 1919. William enlisted in Company F, 2nd Florida Infantry Regiment on 10 May 1861, under William E. Bell. He was twenty-six years old at the time. Private Bell was wounded, shot through the right thigh, during the Battle of Malvern Hill, Virginia. He was also shot through the left thigh on 1 Dec 1864, at Mine Run, Virginia. | Alexander Carmichael was born in South Carolina on 13 Jul 1833, and died in Jackson County, Florida, on 15 Nov 1909. He enlisted in Captain Griffith's Mitchell Guards at Glennville, Alabama, on 5 Oct 1861. The Mitchell Guards became part of the 27th Georgia Infantry Regiment. On 1 Dec 1861, at Savannah, Georgia, the Mitchell Guards became Company C, 31st Georgia Infantry Regimen. Alexander was wounded in the left thigh at the 2nd Battle of Manassas, Virginia, in 1862. | Jefferson C. Grant was born in Appling County, Georgia, on 16 May 1843, and he died in Jackson County, Florida, on 21 Nov 1919. He enlisted in Captain Grice's Company of Florida State Troops on 15 Sep 1861, and then enlisted in Company G, 6th Florida Infantry Regiment on 11 Mar 1862, at Apalachicola, Florida. Jefferson was surrendered and paroled at Greensboro, North Carolina, on 1 May 1865. On 19 Sep 1863, at the Battle of Chickamauga, Georgia, Jefferson was shot through the chest with the minnie ball lodging against his backbone. Dr. Holden cut the ball out on the battlefield. | Rev. John W. Johnson was born on 23 Feb 1833, in Henry County, Georgia, and he died 21 Mar 1900, in Jackson County, Florida. He enlisted in Captain Grice's Company of Florida State Troops on 15 Sep 1861, and then enlisted in Company G, 6th Florida Infantry Regiment on 11 Mar 1862, at Apalachicola, Florida. John was wounded on 19 Sep 1863, at Chickamauga, Georgia. He was wounded a second time at the Battle of Atlanta, Georgia, on 22 Jul 1864.
