West Camp Commander Robert Daffin opens the headstone dedication for Private John J. Holmes of Company H, 5th Florida Infantry and Private Martin Waldroff of Captain River's, Arkansas Light Artillery. The ceremony was held 31 Jan 2009, at the Waldroff Cemetery, Grand Ridge, Florida. The event was attended by several descendants of Privates Holmes and Waldroff. Those attending included Commander Robert Hurst, 2nd Brigade Commander Jim Darby, members of Camp 703, members of the West Camp 1346 and friends. MORE >>>

During the month of February the West camp finished up our headstone repair at Greenwood Baptist Cemetery.
